Refund / Return Policy

If for any reason we cannot fill your order, we will contact you within seven working days (it is essential to include a contact number or email address when filling out the order form). A full refund will be placed on your credit card, if the product cannot be made available to you.

BioLogic Products

We do not accept goods for Refund or Return except in the case of defective goods. If you do find your goods defective, please phone or email us prior to the return. No refund requests will be approved until the product has been returned to us for inspection, and the defect verified. The products must be returned to us at your cost.

Nativ Nursery Products

Mossy Oak Nativ Nurseries guarantees our product to arrive in good condition, alive, and true to its name as labeled. We take care in packaging our products. If your order is incorrect contact our customer service desk within five business days to report any mistake in your order. If we shipped your order incorrectly, please email Customer Service to request a return label for the package. No refunds will be awarded but we will fix our mistake by replacing the product at our expense.

We give no warranty, expressed or implied for any certain rate of growth or productivity for any of our plant specimens. Nativ Nurseries will not be responsible for crop failure, damage to products after the customer has received an order, or injuries due to non‐recommended zone planting, frost damage, or any man made or natural cause beyond our control.

We will consider replacing an order if a claim is made in writing or e‐mail within five business days explaining in detail what problems have occurred. We will consider your claim but reserve the right to refuse replacement at any time.

We ship via UPS. All shipments will travel at purchaser’s expense, including replacement claims. The linked Mossy Oak Consumer Return Form (PDF Document) must accompany every return.
